What if CBI director once said “If you can’t stop rape, enjoy it”; what if Mulayam Singh once said “They are boys, they make mistakes”? They are our beloved country leaders and if they won’t practice freedom of speech then who will? Sure, India is the world’s biggest democracy, sure we recognize freedom of speech as our basic right but the fact that we are also a country that covertly favours elitism – is perhaps the sad part – and this video conveys that message well.
