And officials at the Lucknow Zoo are hoping that this time Tiger Khan will roar in the favour of the tigers housed in its premises. 

Renu Singh, Director, Lucknow Zoo has recently shot off a letter to Salman, requesting him to adopt a tiger from the zoo. Renu says, "Considering that his film Ek Tha Tiger was such a big hit and so popular with his fans, if Salman comes forward to adopt the tigers, it may garner a great response. I wrote to him two days back requesting him to consider our offer. We have yet to recieve a reply. We had approached Dia Mirza too regarding animal adoption and she had adopted leopard cubs in 2010."
