Star Plus recently ran a scroll on TV screens saying viewers should not be taken in by claims of certain people who are acting as representatives of Star Plus and asking viewers for money to help them participate in the second season of Satyamev Jayate.
The channel spokesperson told us, "Yes, we received an isolated complaint from a viewer that an individual was collecting money as participation fees to be part of the audience for Satyamev Jayate Season 2.
We advised viewers to file a complaint in the local police station, and we'll extend all our cooperation."
