Bill Gates can go bankrupt in 3 years if we charge US$1for every Windows crash.
The Blue Screen Of Death and several other errors and crashes have become quite popular with Windows users. Bill Gates operating system has been mocked and criticized on several occasions for being low on security. A team of some developers backed by Raymond Chen of Windows Shell Team decided to reveal some interesting data about crashes that occur with Windows based systems.
According to the report issued by the developers, Windows is a victim of several malware, which often results in system stability and crashes. A set of 7 top viruses was revealed by the team, here are the statistics.
XYZ.V2 virus – 6 million explorer crashes
XYZ.V3 virus – 5.5 million crashes
XYZ.V1 virus – 5 million crashes
XYZ.V1 virus – 4 million crashes
XYZ.v2 Virus – 4.5 million crashes
XYZ.v2 Virus – 4 million crashes
This is just a small fragment of the total data acquired by Microsoft for crashes. This proves that if people start charging Microsoft for every time their system encounters a crash, Bill Gates could go bankrupt in less than 3 years. However, in the data mentioned above, the crashes usually occur due to malware and viruses, which mean both users and Microsoft, are to be blamed for the crashes.
