A Billionaire but a Simple Man
Share The Knowledge
Warren Buffet, despite being a billionaire, does not carry a phone or own a computer.
Warren Buffett is known throughout the world for being one of the most successful investors of the 20th century. He was born on August 30, 1930 and bought his first ever share at the age of 11. Buffett is also the CEO and primary shareholder of his company Berkshire Hathaway, which owns nearly 63 companies.
Despite being so successful and a billionaire, Buffett has lived most of his life in pure simplicity. While other rich men enjoy spending cash on expensive gadgets, accessories, homes and cars, Buffett doesn’t own anything that he does not require.
Warren Buffett does not like to socialize with the high society of this world, hence he does not carry a mobile phone. He also does not have a computer at home. He sees a computer as an unnecessary device at home and claims that entertainment can be achieved without a computer. His lifestyle and teachings for young men and women remains the same: Do not show off and spend money on whatever that is needed.
He has left his teachings for the youth which suggests that going for big brands and big names in the market is a waste of money, just wear and eat that is necessary to live life. This is how Warren Buffett has been living his life for the past 80 years.
